The team at Anamoe Productions thank you for wanting to utilise one or more tracks from the released CDs by Paul Hamilton Glover. However, licensing agreements will be required.
**All use and license agreements of the music by Paul Hamilton Glover are/will be on a non-exclusive basis only.**
There are only two avenues which a license agreement can be obtained. These are as follows:
1. Direct licensing with Anamoe Productions/Paul Hamilton Glover
a. Public Performance Licensing/Transmission
There is a small percentage of direct licensing which Anamoe Productions and Paul Hamilton Glover will consider, examples of which are as follows:
Live Concerts for a selection of Not-for-Profit Organisations (NB these also include the fundraising concerts)
Authorised Organisations/Retailers which sell Paul Hamilton Glover's released CDs (refer to the CD Outlets and Fundraising pages)
Businesses/Organisations which will use tracks for compilations for their projects which overlap into the mechanical licensing as set out in 1.b.
Private Functions (NB only a very small amount of the proposals will be considered)
b. Mechanical Licensing
Paul Hamilton Glover/Anamoe Productions is the only avenue which provide Mechanical Licensing of Paul Hamilton Glover's releases.
c. Film and/or TV Licensing
Proposals are considered on a case-by-case basis only. Please have your proposal as detailed as possible.
2. Licensing through APRA, PPCA and/or RAAP
If your project does not fit into any of the categories of the "1. Direct Licensing" as above, please check that you or your organisation/business/group do have the appropriate cover to utilise Paul Hamilton Glover's music with the following Organisations (or their affiliates):
Australasian Performing Rights Association Limited (APRA)
If your organisation/business/group is not under the governing legislation in either Australia or New Zealand please refer to the governing legislation in the country which you reside/utilising Paul Hamilton Glover's CDs http://www.apra.com.au/corporate/AffiliateSocieties.asp
(NB Paul Hamilton Glover has the APRA membership only. Paul Hamilton Glover or/and Anamoe Productions do not have the AMCOS membership).
Phonographic Performance Company of Australia Ltd (PPCA)www.ppca.com.au
As PPCA covers Australian Territories only, if your organisation/business/group is not under the governing legislation in Australia then please refer to RAAP.
(NB PPCA covers different licenses to APRA)
Recorded Artists and Performers [Irish Performers Association] (RAAP) www.raap.ie
If your organisation/business/group is not under the governing legislation in Ireland please refer to the governing legislation in the country which has a reciprocal agreement with RAAP - www.raap.ie.
(NB RAAP and the countries which has a reciprocal agreement with RAAP covers different licenses to APRA and the affiliates of APRA)
Private/Personal Use
Refer to 1.b.
Commercial Use
We anticipate that the bulk of the licensing for commercial use will come under "2. Licensing through APRA, PPCA and/or RAAP".
Not-for-Profit Use
We anticipate that the bulk of the licensing for Not-for-Profit use will come under "2. Licensing through APRA, PPCA and/or RAAP".
Music on Websites
The music samples on www.anamoe.com.au is not subjected to licensing as it is owned by Paul Hamilton Glover. Anamoe Productions is the official avenue where Paul Hamilton Glover can promote and market his music.
The music on the Myspace of "Paul Hamilton Glover" and "Paul Hamilton Glover's fan site" profiles are not subjected to licensing as Paul Hamilton Glover is the owner of the music and has provided the permission to use it on Myspace.
If you wish to have Paul Hamilton Glover's music to be placed on a website/RSS Feeds/etc, the bulk of these licenses will come under "2. Licensing through APRA, PPCA and/or RAAP". Some of the licenses which are agreed upon in "1. Direct licensing with Anamoe Productions/Paul Hamilton Glover" may also include Music on Websites.
Updates to the Licensing Terms page
The contents of the Licensing Terms page is affective as from 24 April 2008.
