Invoice & Timeframes
Currently customers can purchase CDs released by Paul Hamilton Glover direct through the Anamoe Productions Official Website (www.anamoe.com.au) or by ordering by "snail mail", email, phone or fax. Full payment is required before dispatch of the CDs.
Please note that some large orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs on the website.
For wholesale customers, please contact us to get a full written quote.
Customs and International Duty International shipping may be subject to local Custom’s levies and policies. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates and policies. Additional charges must be borne by the purchaser.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges The team at Anamoe Productions will gladly refund, credit or exchange all returns on presentation of the original Anamoe Productions online sales docket. CDs that are either returned or exchanged attract an administration fee. This administration fee is 20% of the retail price of the CD.
Please note the time limit for returns, refunds and/or exchanges, is 30 days of customer’s receipt of CDs.
CD Terms
Anamoe Productions thank you for purchasing the released CDs by Paul Hamilton Glover.
In purchasing the released CDs by Paul Hamilton Glover you agree that you support both Anamoe Productions and Paul Hamilton Glover by the following:
1. Using the contents of the released CDs by Paul Hamilton Glover for own personal use.
2. Should you wish to use the contents for commercial use, please contact Paul Hamilton Glover at Anamoe Productions to obtain the relevant licence.
3. That you do not copy, reproduce or lend the contents of the CD.
4. That you accept the following in Australian Dollars:
(a) The price of $22AUD of each CD released by Paul Hamilton Glover purchased through the online sales of the Anamoe Productions official website (www.anamoe.com.au)
(b) The price & delivery timeframe of the postage & handling of each CD released by Paul Hamilton Glover mentioned of the Postage page of the Anamoe Productions official website (www.anamoe.com.au)
(c) Should you be a customer from outside Australia or the CD is a gift to someone outside Australia that you check with the local authority to ascertain applicable fees and policies and that you as the purchaser be responsible for any such fees and levies.
5. That you are the true credit card owner and have provided the correct contact, delivery and billing details.

Paul Hamilton Glover at Anamoe Productions owns the copyright of both the music compositions and performance of the following CDs – “At Home”, “Moods of Nature”, “Moods of Nature – Orchestral” and the both the music arrangements and performance of the following CDs “Songs of Hope”, “A Christmas Journey” and 14 of the 15 tracks of “Christmas Reflections”. The track “Mary’s Boy Child” is still under copyright thus according to AMCOS the arrangement goes to the copyright owner of the track. However, permission has been obtained through AMCOS/APRA the respective fees paid to include “Mary’s Boy Child” in the “Christmas Reflections” CD.

Mechanical Licensing
Please submit a contract to Anamoe Productions for Mechanical licensing for any or all of the the tracks from the following CDs:
"At Home" "Moods of Nature" "Moods of Nature - Orchestral" "Songs of Hope" "A Christmas Jouney"
At this stage we will not be considering mechanical liscensing for the "Christmas Refelections" CD.
{NB The turnaround timeframe for mechanical licensing cannot be given as it is on a case by case basis}
